UKE – Hamburg, DE

The IFSN is internationally recognized as one of the world-leading centers in functional imaging with long-standing expertise in clinical, epidemiological and imaging headache research. Arne May’s team conducts human neuroimaging studies in primary headache and experimental trigeminovascular nociception to unravel mechanisms (and their modulation) of chronification of pain and plasticity changes in the human brain. Arne May is the migraine (functional) imaging expert in Europe, and probably the world.
